If you like sorbet but find it too sweet or you’re trying to reduce your sugar intake, this is the perfect refreshing treat. It’s made with just one ingredient, yes, really – and it’s naturally sweet, creamy, and so satisfying. No dairy, no added sugar, no ultra-processed ingredients, and completely vegan. Just fruit, frozen and blended to perfection. You won’t believe how good this tastes, and the best part? You can customize it with your favorite toppings like dark chocolates, nuts or coconut flakes.

Ingredients
10 satsumas (or mandarins, clementines, or tangerines)

Method
1

Peel 10 satsumas (or mandarins, clementines, or tangerines) and separate them into pieces.

2

Remove any seeds and carefully take off the white skins and stringy bits as much as possible.

3

Place the fruit pieces in a container and freeze for a few hours or overnight until solid.

4

Add the frozen fruit to a high-speed blender.

5

Start blending, pausing every few minutes to press down the pulp.

6

Continue until the texture becomes smooth and creamy. This can take up to 15–20 minutes.

7

Place it back in the freezer to firm up a bit more.

8

Then scoop into a bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
