This 10-Min Salt & Pepper Tofu is crispy, garlicky, spicy and packed with flavour without any deep frying. It’s the perfect high-protein vegetarian meal, and you can use the exact same method for paneer.

Heat the oil in a pan (I like to use a wok).
Cut the strained & dried tofu into chunky cubes and cot them lightly with corn flour. If you want them crispy then add more corn flour & a dash of water for the corn flour to slurry onto the cubes.
Add the coated cubes to the oil and let cook on one side before stirring/flipping each cube.
Add the minced garlic, salt & pepper & black sesame seeds.
Once the tofu has been turned on all sides and browned add the lemon and turn off the heat.
Serve with Sriracha mayo.
