Craving a quick and healthy homemade bagel? These simple 2-ingredient bagels are just the thing! With the base of self-raising wholewheat flour and Greek yogurt (or almond flour for a gluten-free version), they’re easy to make and customizable to suit your dietary preferences. Make it vegan by using coconut yogurt – check out the vegan recipe here for more details.
With optional toppings like mixed seeds or everything bagel seasoning, you can enjoy these bagels warm or toasted with your favorite fillings for a delicious, guilt-free treat!

Mix 1 cup of self raising flour or 2 cups of almond flour if making them gluten free, with the yoghurt, add a pinch of salt if you like.
Transfer to a floured worktop and knead until the dough is combined, it will be sticky but should be mouldable otherwise sprinkle some more flour to get to desired consistency.
Portion into 4 equal parts.
Roll each part into a ball, flatten slightly with the palms of your hands and make a little hole in the middle
Egg wash the top surface and dunk into a bowl of mixed seeds - this works without the egg wash as well.
Place in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through at 180°C (or oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes).
Let them cool down on a cooling rack before slicing.
Eat warm or choose your fillings or toast your 2 ingredient bagels.
Pro tip: when kneading the dough, add the flour gradually until the dough is mouldable into bagel shapes.
