Anything that saves me time (and calories) is a win-win in my opinion, and this recipe sounded far too good to be true so I had to try, and I’m thrilled to report it worked like a total dream.
Now this is no exaggeration, it takes 2 minutes to put together and will quite quickly become your breakfast go-to. I have three words for you: Magic Flax Bread. It is magic.
For one serving you will need:

Combine the flax meal and egg in a small, round bowl (the bowl is important as this is what will form the shape of the bread)
Whisk well, and add in the baking powder.
Let rest for 1 minute.
Microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.
Once microwaved, it will easily pop-out of the bowl, and resemble something like an English muffin.
Let it cool and slice down the middle forming two "slices"
Toast the slices and add with any topping you desire, or make a flax bread sandwich!
