These Airfryer Banana Bread Bites are soft, golden, and perfectly poppable. This delicious bites is made with just a handful of ingredients and ready in under 15 minutes! No oven, no fuss. Just mash, mix, airfry and done. They’re naturally sweet, perfectly spiced, and reat for lunchboxes, tea-time treats, or those mid-afternoon cravings.

Ingredients:
 ½ cup mashed ripe medium banana
 ¾ cup self-raising flour (I used Chakki Atta)
 ¼ cup semolina (optional – gives it nice texture)
 1 tsp baking powder
 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
 ¼ cup brown sugar (optional – adjust to taste)
 ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional, for coating)

Method:

Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

Add the flour, semolina, and baking powder. Mix well.

Knead into a soft dough, using coconut oil to bring it together.

Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.

Place the balls on an air fryer tray brushed lightly with coconut oil.

Airfry at 180°C for 6–7 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

While warm, brush with a little coconut oil and toss in a cinnamon-sugar mix (if using).

Enjoy warm! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
