These Airfryer Banana Bread Bites are soft, golden, and perfectly poppable. This delicious bites is made with just a handful of ingredients and ready in under 15 minutes! No oven, no fuss. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
Add the flour, semolina, and baking powder. Mix well.
Knead into a soft dough, using coconut oil to bring it together.
Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.
Place the balls on an air fryer tray brushed lightly with coconut oil.
Airfry at 180°C for 6–7 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
While warm, brush with a little coconut oil and toss in a cinnamon-sugar mix (if using).
Enjoy warm! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
