These Beetroot Waffle Cups are naturally sweet, packed with nourishing ingredients like oat flour, chia seeds, and coconut oil, and tinted with the rich color of real cooked beets. Crisp on the outside, soft within and best of all, they double as edible bowls! Fill them with mint ice cream, sprinkle on pomegranate jewels, and finish with shredded coconut for a dessert that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Get ready to cradle your favorite scoop!

Ingredients:
 1 cup Oat Flour
 1 tsp Maple syrup
 1 pinch Himalayan salt
 ¾ cup Almond milk
 1 egg
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp Coconut oil
 200 g cooked beetroot

Method:

Blend your cooked beetroot and mix in the oat flour, Himalayan salt, almond milk, chia seeds, egg, vanilla extract, coconut oil and water  to make waffle batter.

Prepare your waffle bowl maker and pre-heat for 5 mins.

Pour in the thick waffle batter into the maker.

Wait for it to be cooked and perfectly formed.

Serve with ice cream of your choice. Add pomegranate jewels and shredded coconut for toppings and maple syrup for perfect flavor.
