Cauliflower Base Pizza

Cauliflower Base Pizza

For a healthier low carb pizza option, you can’t go wrong with this gluten free Cauliflower Base Pizza that’s great for the whole family. To make it vegan simply use corn flour, oat flour or even whole oats instead of egg and use vegan cheese (or no cheese at all!) instead of grated dairy cheese. If you leave out the cheese altogether, it will still taste like pizza because of the delicious pizza tomato sauce.

I also make a broccoli crust pizza bypassing the microwave and water sieving process which makes things much quicker so do check out that recipe too!

For a truly authentic taste to your cauliflower base pizza, this recipe makes the tomato sauce from scratch. Using chopped tomatoes, tomato passata, garlic, chopped basil and spices of your choice, you can really make this sauce your own and modify it to suit your tastes.
