Cherry Choco Pistachio Balls

Cherry Choco Pistachio Balls

A simple, 4 ingredient recipe for delicious cherry choco and pistachio bliss balls bite that taste somewhat like Mon Cheri chocolate without the liquor!

This recipe is a delightfully simple one to follow – simply prep your ingredients by soaking your dates, pitting your cherries and grinding your pistachio kernels, then let the NutriBullet (or any food processor) do the rest of the work. You can even get the kids involved in moulding these bliss balls, so they can have fun helping out in the kitchen.

You can store these cherry choco pistachio balls in the fridge for up to two weeks! Take them out whenever you’re craving sweet things, or throw them into the lunchbox for a sweet treat. These bliss balls are an excellent vegan and sugar free treat.
