Served chilled and with ice cream toppings of your choice, this chocolate chia pudding recipe is a deliciously refreshing dessert that’s quick & easy to make.
Made with almond milk (I used Alpro almond milk, but you can also use homemade almond milk or any milk of your choice) and sugar free cocoa powder to get that chocolatey taste, this chocolate chia pudding recipe is a great chilled vegan dessert.
These chocolate chia puddings can be stored in the fridge for up to a week, so you can keep enjoying your puddings throughout the week.
Serving Suggestion
You can put whatever toppings you like on your chocolate chia puddings, from your favourite fresh or frozen fruits to your preferred nuts. I served my puddings with Oppo Brothers mint & spirulina ice cream although you can use any preferred ice cream of your choice!
