Are you looking to add some green goodness to your diet? This Green Paneer (or palak paneer) is perfect for you. Palak Paneer is a spinach thick paste, pureed & seasoned with ginger, garlic, garam masala and other spices. Paneer is a delicious Indian cottage cheese used as an excellent source of protein.
This Green Paneer pairs up beautifully with flaky, crispy Lacha Paratha from Shana Foods! As well as lacha paratha, you can also serve your green paneer with boiled rice.
This recipe uses a rich variety of spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander & cumin powder and garam masala to give the pureed spinach a beautiful flavour.
