This Halloumi Caesar Wrap is the ultimate quick and satisfying meal, crispy golden halloumi, creamy Greek-yogurt Caesar sauce, fresh crunchy lettuce and salty Parmesan all wrapped up and toasted until perfectly crisp. It’s comforting, flavour-packed, and comes together in minutes, making it ideal for busy lunches or easy weeknight dinners.
Unlike a traditional Caesar wrap, this version features protein-rich halloumi and a lighter homemade dressing, so you still get all the indulgent flavour with a fresher, healthier twist. Serve it warm straight from the skillet for a cosy, delicious meal the whole family will love.

To a bowl, combine the Caesar sauce ingredients and whisk well.
In a separate bowl, marinade the halloumi mixing well to cover evenly.
Heat a pan over medium heat & lightly spray and cook the halloumi until golden and crispy on both sides.
In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped lettuce, grated Parmesan, and croutons (if using), then toss with 1-2 tbsp of the Caesar sauce. Add more sauce gradually if needed, so it’s to taste and not overpowering in sauce. You can store the remaining sauce in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Place the salad mixture down the center of a tortilla, top with the crispy halloumi, fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a wrap.
Toast the wrap seam-side down in a lightly oiled pan turning the wrap on to its sides as well, until golden and crisp. You can lightly spray if you want more flavour. Using high heat will crisp the wrap quicker without making the filling too hot! After all it’s a salad wrap!
Enjoy warm. Or wrap in some baking paper for the lunchbox.
