Season the paneer cubes with salt and pepper then airfry at 200°C for 6-8 minutes until slightly browned on the edges of each cube.
Meanwhile roughly chop red pepper and onion, then mince together with garlic and ginger in a chopper.
Mix all masala paste ingredients in a bowl, whisking it to blend the spices.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the minced veggies for 1-2 minutes.
Add the masala paste and airfried paneer cubes, and coat evenly.
Pour in coconut cream, mix and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
Serve with rice and garnish with chopped coriander.
