Craving pizza but short on time? These Mini Pizza Puff Snack have all the flavour in a bite-sized, flaky package, ready in minutes!
If you’re after a quick, crowd-pleasing snack that looks fancy but takes almost no effort, this one’s for you. Using ready-made puff pastry, a spoonful of tinned tomato, and any toppings you have on hand, you can whip up these mini pizza bites in 15 minutes. They’re fun, customisable, and perfect for lunchboxes, parties, or that midday snack attack.
Bonus? You can go cheese-free or topping-free, oregano does the heavy lifting!

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Use a round shaped cookie cutter or a small round lid to trace out a circle onto the puff pastry.
Lightly spray a muffin tray and line the cups with the cut puff pastry circles. Make the circles big enough to come up the edges of the muffin cup forming a puff pastry cup (easier to add the fillings).
Spread a small amount of tinned chopped tomatoes on each piece of pastry.
Add your toppings, if using, and a sprinkle of cheese (optional).
Season with salt, pepper, and a generous pinch of oregano on each.
Brush the edges with beaten egg if you want a golden finish.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
