Oat & Coconut Bliss Balls

Oat & Coconut Bliss Balls

A recipe by the lovely Shikha from @my.little.food.critic. Delicious Oat & Coconut Bliss Balls that make a perfect sweet treat, this recipe is suitable from 1 year + and can be frozen for 3 months. This recipe makes 20 balls of pure bliss.

A super easy, kid friendly recipe to batch make, these bliss balls are perfect to enjoy as a healthy snack. Best stored in an airtight container, in the fridge, or alternatively they can also be frozen.

These Oat & Coconut Bliss Balls require only four ingredients – peanut butter, maple syrup, oats and desiccated coconut – to make a long-lasting vegan snack that’s great for the lunchbox on the go, or for a cosy movie night in.

Helpful tip: I made my bliss balls with peanut butter, however, for those with allergies you can simply swap the peanut butter for sunflower seed butter.
