These frozen bars are the perfect blend of indulgence and nourishment; creamy, high in protein, and inspired by the classic Snickers, but with a healthy twist. Made with simple wholesome ingredients like banana, cottage cheese, nut butter, dark chocolate, and a focus-boosting mushroom coffee mix, they’re an easy no-bake treat you’ll want to keep stocked in your freezer.
They’ve quickly become a favorite in our home – especially with my teenager – and I’m sure you’ll love them just as much.

Blend the banana and cottage cheese until smooth and pour into silicone molds or cupcake cases.
Freeze for about 1 hour, or until solid.
Melt chopped dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave (stirring every 15 - 20 seconds) or over a double boiler.
Stir in 1 tbsp of mushroom coffee mix.
Remove frozen bases from the freeze and add a layer of peanut butter on top.
Pour over the melted chocolate + mushroom mix
Sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts.
Freeze again until fully set and enjoy your creamy, protein packed frozen treat!
