Pudla French Toast

Pudla French Toast

A vegan savoury French toast perfect for any time of day, this Pudla French Toast recipe is super quick and easy. Once cooked, cut your toast into soldiers or triangles and dip them into any sauce of your choice, like ketchup or Tabasco Sriracha if you like a bit of heat. Enjoy these as soon as they come out of the pan for the best tasting toast fingers!

These eggless French toast fingers are coated in a variety of flavours, like turmeric, chilli powder, grated ginger, chopped coriander and garam masala, to give your bread a delicious and flavourful taste, unlike any other French toast. Add some flavour to any leftover bread you might have that might be getting just a little bit old. This Pudla French Toast recipe is also vegan, so you can make a tasty breakfast (or snack) that’s suitable for all.
