This Purple Cabbage & Cheese Grilled Wrap Sandwich is an easy and vibrant wrap sandwich made with cheesy goodness and ease. Using only 4 ingredients, this recipe is super simple so you can fix up your delicious wraps in 15 minutes! These wraps are lunch box friendly, so you can put them straight in the box, or simply enjoy them as a mid-afternoon snack! Eat them either hot or cold – they’re delicious either way.
You can also make this recipe vegan by replacing your grated dairy cheese with vegan cheese. If you’re using dairy cheese, you can use any melting cheese of your choice – I used grated cheddar and mozzarella for my wraps.
My Purple Cabbage & Cheese Grilled Wrap Sandwich is also gluten free! I used BFree Sweet Potato Wraps and BFree Quinoa & Chia Seed Wraps to make my wrap sandwiches even more delicious and gluten free. Paired with some vibrant purple cabbage (or red cabbage), these wraps are not only colourful and beautiful, they’re also a great way of getting veggies into your snack time and lunch boxes.

Chop raw purple cabbage lengthwise (like fine strips)
On medium heat, place a wrap in a frying pan
Sprinkle some cheese to cover the whole wrap (I used cheddar)
Grind some fresh black pepper over the cheese
Add the chopped purple cabbage
Add some more cheese (I used grated mozzarella)
Grind some more fresh black pepper
Cover with another wrap and flip using a plate
Let cook 1-2 mins on the other side letting the cheese melt
Use a pizza cutter to slice up
Enjoy hot or cold
