Banana Bread Bites

Ingredients:
½ cup mashed ripe medium banana
¾ cup self-raising flour (I used Chakki Atta)
¼ cup semolina (optional – gives it nice texture)
 1 tsp baking powder
 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
¼ cup brown sugar (optional – adjust to taste)
½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional, for coating)
Method:
1

Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

2

Add the flour, semolina, and baking powder. Mix well.

3

Knead into a soft dough, using coconut oil to bring it together.

4

Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.

5

Place the balls on an air fryer tray brushed lightly with coconut oil.

6

Airfry at 180°C for 6–7 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

7

While warm, brush with a little coconut oil and toss in a cinnamon-sugar mix (if using).

8

Enjoy warm! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
