Soak your chia seeds in 2 cups of homemade almond milk overnight and place in the fridge
Remove the soaked chia from the fridge and with a spoon soften the clumps
Add a heaving tsp cinnamon powder & your vanilla extract
Mix together with the soaked chia seeds
Split your chia mixture into three pots
Top with pomegranate and homemade dark chocolate coated almonds to give that bit of crunch to the chia pudding
