Easy Egg Wraps

These easy egg wraps are quick and super simple - a deliciously filling lunch idea. Perfect for the lunch box too, so you can have them on the go.

Ingredients
 ½ tsp oil (I used avocado oil)
 2 eggs
 ½ avocado (chopped)
 ½ tomato (chopped)
 2 medium hot chilli peppers (chopped)
 buffalo mozzarella
 Himalayan salt to taste
 black pepper to taste
 wraps
Method
1

Oil your pan then crack two eggs into it

Add your chopped avocado to the eggs

Add half a tomato (chopped) and your hot chilli peppers

Scoop the egg and veggie mix into a wrap and fold it in

Heat your wrap on both sides

Cut in half with a pizza cutter or knife

Enjoy!
