Ingredients
 1 cup oat flour
 1 cup preferred milk
 1 egg (to make it vegan you can use a banana or a chia egg)a chia egg is 1 tbsp chia seeds pre-soaked in 3 tbsp water
 fig, chilli, chia jam
 chocolate spread
 almond flakes
 kiwi berries
Method
1

Blitz your oat flour, milk and egg in a NutriBullet to form your pancake batter

Pour onto the pan and cook your pancakes, flipping them to cook both sides

Spread your fig, chilli & chia jam over your pancake and roll up

4

Drizzle some chocolate spread over your rolled pancakes

5

Sprinkle some almond flakes, add some kiwi berries & enjoy!
