Oat Flour Cinnamon Waffles

Ingredients
 2 cups oat flour (I use Bob's Red Mill)
 1 egg (to make it vegan use half an avocado or a chia egg)
 ½ cup homemade almond milk (add according to desired consistency)
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp vanilla extract (you can also use vanilla essence)
 1 tsp cinnamon powder
 1 tsp vinegar
 pinch of salt
 1 tbsp ground almonds (optional)
 1 tbsp ground walnuts (optional)
 dessicated coconut (optional)
Method

Blend all your wet ingredients in a NutriBullet

Add your blended wet ingredients to your dry ones and whisk them together

If you like your waffles sweetm add agave syrup or coconut sugar (if you want a healthier option, drizzle maple syrup over the top of the waffles once ready)

Pour your batter into your waffle maker and heat it up

Serve with your preferred toppings: I sprinkled some dessicated coconut over the top of the waffles and served them with avocado and a fried egg
