Ingredients
 soft paneer
 3 tbsp chopped yellow peppers
 3 tbsp chopped green pepper
 1 tbsp oil
 1 tsp chopped garlic
 3 tbsp chopped red onions
 1 tbsp homemade Peri-Peri powder
 2 wraps (I used BFree Sweet Potato Wraps)
Method
1

Crumble some soft paneer

Chop up some yellow and green peppers & red onions

In a pan, heat up your oil & chopped garlic

To the pan, add the chopped red onions

Add your chopped yellow peppers & green peppers

Add your crumbled paneer

Add 1 tbsp homemade Peri-Peri powder

Mix well

On a pan, heat a wrap

Add your filling & cover with another wrap

Flip your quesadilla using a plate to help

Slice with a pizza slicer & serve!
