Ingredients
 4 tbsp chia seeds
 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (you can use any milk you like but these are naturally sweeter)
 1 tbsp maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener)
 1 tsp blue spirulina for blue or 1 tbsp pink pitaya for pink
 I love cinnamon so I added 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Method

Add chia seeds to your jar or container

Add milk

Mix well

Add the remaining ingredients

Mix well so all the chia seeds are scraped off the bottom

Fridge for at least 1 hour or leave overnight for breakfast

We have topped up our puddings with Greek yoghurt and frozen berries but you can add any yoghurt or fruit you like or have them plain. You can also add nut butters and seeds and chocolate... so many options!
