Pizza Doughball Bites

Ingredients
 2 cups Atta flour
 ½ cup Al Baker semolina
 1 cup 150g Greek yoghurt
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp salt
 Pepper to taste
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 ½ cup Water
 Cooking spray
 1 cup shredded mozzarella
 1 cup cherry tomatoes
 ¼ cup sliced olives
 ½ cup chopped fresh basil
 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
 ½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp tomato sauce or passata
 Pizza sauce for dipping
Method
1

Preheat your oven to 200°C to ensure it’s hot and ready for your bites.

2

In a bowl, mix flour, semolina, yoghurt, salt, pepper and baking powder.

3

Knead well into a ball so all the ingredients are combined by transferring to a floured surface.

4

Split the dough into 4 parts and roll each part out into long thick strings and portion it into small balls (about 1inch) - makes about 42.

5

Add olive oil so the dough balls don’t stick and then, sprinkle in the shredded mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, chopped fresh basil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, mixing gently.

6

Portion out the dough balls into a greased cup cake tray.

7

Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.

8

Once baked, serve your Pizza Doughball Bites hot with pizza sauce  as a dip (this is a must!).
