Submerge your rice paper in a bowl of water and place it on a flat surface
Submerge another and place it on top of the first rice paper sheet
In the centre, place some lettuce, grated carrot & thin slices of cucumber
Add your endamame beans & a few thin slices of avocado
Spread your green-nut butter sauce on top
Fold in the sides of your rice paper and bring the longer side over the filling, then roll it up
Enjoy on its own or with a dip of your choice!
