Superseed Banana-Tahini Loaf

With a secret ingredient that gives this loaf a seedy crunch and a berry blast, this Banana-Tahini Loaf is an easy and delicious bake.

Ingredients
 3 medium fork-mashed bananas
 1 cup almond flour
 1 cup gluten free oat flourfrom Bob's Red Mill
 ¾ cup coconut sugar (1/2 cup better if you prefer less sweet)
 2 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ½ cup tahini (the runny type)
 ½ cup ready mix of chia seeds, buckwheat, hemp heart, cranberries & raisins from Two Birds Cereals

Preheat oven 180C

Line a loaf tin with baking paper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl

Pour into lined tin

Bake for 50-60mins
