⅓ cup yoghurt
2 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tbsp red chilli powder
½ tsp paneer tikka masala or any masala you have (like chaat, chana or pav bhaji masala)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil - I used rapeseed

Mix everything thoroughly

Add your cubes you'd like to skewer and marinade for as long as you can

I had mine in the fridge in the morning and ready to BBQ in the evening
