Ingredients
½ tsp rapeseed oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 jar jackfruit chunks
1 tbsp tandoori masala
½ lime juice
½ red onion chopped
½ red pepper chopped
½ avocado per burger
chopped coriander for garnish (never too much but if you prefer, parsley is also delicious)
salt is optional but personally I don’t think you need any
Method
1
Heat up oil and garlic in a pan
2
Throw in your jackfruit chunks and cook for about 5-6 mins then mash with a potato masher to give it the pulled effect
3
Add tandoori masala and cook for a further 2 mins on high heat
4
Squeeze lime over top
5
Fill your bread buns and top it with avocado slices, red onion, red pepper, and chopped coriander (if you prefer, parsley is also delicious)
