½ tsp rapeseed oil I used Mr Organic rapeseed oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 jar jackfruit chunks I got mine from Clearspring
1 tbsp tandoori masala (East Ends Foods)
½ lime juice
½ red onion chopped
½ red pepper chopped
½ avocado per burger
chopped coriander for garnish (never too much but if you prefer, parsley is also delicious)
salt is optional but personally I don’t think you need any
Method
1 Heat up oil and garlic in a pan
2 Throw in your jackfruit chunks and cook for about 5-6 mins then mash with a potato masher to give it the pulled effect
