
In a food processor, grate all your vegetables and the halloumi cheese
In a mixing bowl add the flour, yoghurt, turmeric, salt, pepper, eggs and mix into a thick batter.
Add all the grated veggies, couscous and halloumi cheese and mix in with your hands
Form the mix into patties using your hands
Shallow fry in rapeseed oil on medium flame
Serve with dips or sides of your choice - chilli sauce or green chillies go very well with these!
