One of the 15min recipes we made yesterday with over 250 families cooking along and doing a fabulous job at it! . ????Choco-Cherry & Pistachio Balls???? . What’s in it? ??6 pitted medjool dates ??6 pitted large fresh cherries ??1/2 cup unsalted pistachio kernels ??1 heaving Tbsp of sugar free coco powder – I used @callebautchocolate ??2 Tbsp beetroot powder from Jalpur Millers . . How? ??pit your cherries and dates ??roughly chop your dates ??chop your pistachio kernels in a mini chopper or nutribullet – I swear by my @cuisinart_europe ??keep your chopped pistachio aside ready in a mixing bowl ??use the same chopper to chop up the dates, cherries & coco powder together into a paste ??transfer the paste into the mixing bowl with the chopped pistachios ??mix with your hands & roll into balls ??coat with beautifully pink Beetroot powder (available from @amazonuk) or in chopped pistachios or in coco powder ??I coated some in fennel powder as well! ??store in the fridge to harden and consume within 1 week . . Another Diwali ???? sweet coming your way tomorrow . . . . . . __________________________________________ #15minmom #diwali2020 #diwalisweets #mithai #indiansweets #indiansweet #energyballs #energybites #sweetballs #diwalimithai #diwaliready #indianrecipes #indianrecipe #chocolatedessert #pistachios #healthydessert #healthydesserts #vegandesserts #vegandessert #veganrecipes #veganrecipe #vegansweet #vegansweets #indianvegan #ukfoodblogger #indianfoodbloggers #indianfoodblogger @bbcgoodfood @bbcfood @veganrecipesideas @vegetarianhotspots @bestofvegan @plantbased.recipes @vegspirationfeed @goodoldvegan @veganfoodandliving @thevegansclub @thefeedfeed.vegan @thefeedfeed.chocolate @telegraphfood @sundaytimesfood @bbcasiannetwork @browngirlmag @gujumemes @ylsnorthlondon @lcnlmahajan
