The order in which you eat your food plays a significant role in how your body responds, especially when it comes to insulin levels. Starting with vegetables and salads is a great choice—they’re packed with fiber that supports your gut, coats the intestines to enhance nutrient absorption, and helps reduce glucose spikes. This not only helps maintain a healthy weight, but also supports overall health. The science behind it is fascinating!

Starting your day with a savory breakfast can do wonders for your digestive system—it’s the perfect way to kickstart your day. Additionally, eating a good source of protein first thing can help reduce cravings, especially for sugary foods.
