Vegan Savoury Pancakes just got a seriously fun and fabulous makeover!
If you’ve been looking for a creative twist on a classic, these gorgeous lace pancakes are about to become your new favourite quick recipe. They’re light, crispy around the edges, and full of flavour – all made in just 15 minutes, of course! Whether you’re serving them up for brunch, lunch, or a light dinner, these beauties are a showstopper on the plate and super satisfying to eat.
Made with wholesome gram flour, plant-based yogurt (I used creamy coconut), and a blend of warming spices, these pancakes are naturally gluten-free, vegan, and packed with flavour. Serve them up with your favourite chutney, a dollop of yogurt, or just eat them straight out of the pan – they’re delicious any way you choose.

In a NutriBullet, blitz all of your ingredients together (except for the oil).
Pour the batter into a multiple-nozzle squeezy sauce bottle (mine had three nozzles).
Spray your pan with oil.
Squeeze out the pancake mix onto the pan in small circular motions to create a lace pattern.
Cook on both sides until golden and crisp.
