 watermelon chunks
 crumbled organic feta cheese
 mint leaves (or basil)
 splash of lemon juice
 black pepper to taste

Method

Cut your watermelon into chunks

Crumble the feta cheese over the top of your watermelon chunks

Garnish with some mint leaves

Drizzle some lemon juice over your salad

Add black pepper to taste & enjoy!
