Tandoori Smashed Potatoes

A super easy recipe for golden potatoes infused with tandoori spice. These smashed potatoes are delicious and perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients
 baby potatoes
 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp tandoori spice blendI got mine from East End Foods PLC
 1 tbsp rock sea salt or Himalayan rock salt
 3-4 chopped garlic cloves
 1 tbsp dried crushed mint
Method
1

Pierce the baby potatoes with a fork

Steam the potatoes in a microwave steaming tray or a steam pan for about 8mins

3

Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well

4

Place the potatoes on an oven tray using parchment paper

5

Smash the cooked potatoes up with a kitchen hammer or a glass

6

Sprinkle the crushed dried mint

7

Grill for 2mins
