1 Minute Sauce For All Your Dishes

This is the one sauce you need in your life! Goes on everything & is made in 1 minute!
.
For 2 portions:
1 tspn minced garlic
1 tspn ginger (? always have them in freezer)
1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1/4 tspn chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tspn agave or sweetener of your choice
2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
.
1- heat the oil
2- in a bowl mix the garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, chilli flakes
3- pour the hot oil over (this will defrost the ginger cube)
4- add the remaining ingredients and mix well
5- add water if you’d like it more runny
.
Goes superbly with stir fry veggies, paneer, noodles, tofu and whatever else takes your fancy!
