If you love bold flavours with a fiery kick, this one’s for you. Introducing my Spicy Pepper & Peanut Sauce – a vibrant, vegan blend that’s as versatile as it is addictive. Whether you’re a Red Hot Chili Peppers fan (the band or the spice 🌶️), this sauce brings the same energy to your meals. Made with roasted red peppers, fresh coriander, garlic, jalapeños, and a generous spoonful of peanut butter, it’s got heat, depth, and creamy richness. Perfect for noodles, poke bowls, sandwiches, eggs, tofu, and everything in between. Bonus: it makes 500ml, and yes – it’s freezable!
To make it, start by gathering all your ingredients and tossing them into a blender. Blend everything together, adjusting the amount of water to get your ideal texture – smooth or chunky, runny or thick. Once blended to perfection, pour it into a jar or container. That’s it! Your spicy, zesty, nutty sauce is ready to elevate anything you drizzle it on.

Gather all your ingredients: garlic, peppers, coriander, cumin & coriander powder, sweetener, salt, lemon juice, peanut butter, jalapeño, ice cubes, and water.
Add everything into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, adjusting the water as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
Once blended to your liking, pour the sauce into a clean jar or container.
Store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze in smaller portions for longer shelf life.
