Homemade Peri-Peri Spices

Homemade Peri-Peri Spices

If you’re a fan of Nando’s Peri-Peri chips or Peri-Peri anything, this is the spice blend for you! Super easy to make at home my Homemade Peri-Peri Spices are a great addition of fiery flavour to your favourite dishes.

You can find this in my Scrambled Tofu breakfast dish, my Peri-Peri Paneer Quesadillas, of course on chips it’s amazing and sweet potato fries. I also rub this on my corn on the cob, add it to BBQ favourites: veggies, Halloumi, paneer… I mean the options are endless! You can even use it on your Vegan Cauliflower Tofu Skewers if you’re looking for some spicy flavour.

You can store your spices in an airtight container for up to two years! So you don’t have to worry about using up all your Homemade Peri-Peri Spices right away. You can also make your spice in larger batches and keep them aside for future use, whenever you need a little touch of Peri-Peri magic for your meals.

I would highly recommend the recipe as is but if you intend to add to children’s food then don’t add chilli powder or just add a little to taste.
