Broccoli & Cheese Pinwheels

A child-friendly recipe that takes no time to make. Using Shana Foods plain parathas and a filling of broccoli, cheese & spices, these Broccoli & Cheese Pinwheels are a fun twist to usual pizza pinwheels.

Get your children in the kitchen with this super fun recipe so they can cook their own easy meal. They can help assemble and roll up these pinwheels in no time and enjoy a healthy and tasty dish packed with greens and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients
 4 plain parathas from Shana Foods
 1 broccoli head
 2 cups grated cheese (mozzarella)
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 1 tsp oregano

Method
1

Stick broccoli in a food processor and blitz

Transfer to a mixing bowl to then add cheese, salt & pepper

You can also add herbs like oregano and chilli if you fancy spicy

Lay your plain parathas flat on a table

Spread your broccoli mix onto the parathas and lay another one on top

Roll up into a Swiss roll

Cut the roll into even slices

8

Place on a tray and put in 180C preheated oven for 20 mins
