These broccoli and cheese pinwheels pair beautifully with a fresh side salad or veggie sticks. Stick broccoli in a food processor and blitz
Transfer to a mixing bowl to then add cheese, salt & pepper
You can also add herbs like oregano and chilli if you fancy spicy
Lay your plain parathas flat on a table
Spread your broccoli mix onto the parathas and lay another one on top
Roll up into a Swiss roll
Cut the roll into even slices
Place on a tray and put in 180C preheated oven for 20 mins
